Founded in 1958 by John W. Didado, a hard-working family man with strong morals and values, J.W. Didado Electric, Inc. operates today under John’s solid business principles that put customer satisfaction at the top of the list. Sons Gary and Tony continue that tradition, and as a family-owned, multi-million dollar electrical contracting company, we employ dedicated and loyal employees and are proud of our partnership with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).

While we are based in Akron, Ohio, we are proud to be a leader in the commercial, residential, industrial and high voltage electrical business that offers our services virtually anywhere east of the Rocky Mountains.

We base our reputation on our highly motivated, skills-based union personnel who must complete a minimum of 8,000 hours of training to qualify as a certified electrician. Their quality of work is unmatched, and meeting budgets on schedule is not only their goal, but also their mantra.
